Jager Meister/Master Hunter (started May 16, 2005)
      A team based game in a medium, normal universe with two 50 year jump starts*. Players will be assigned teams based on their ratings and each team will select a Master race; all other races will be Minions. Both will have certain game limitations. Game will have Public Player Scores, No Random Events, and Acclerated BBS Start. Aggresive mineral packets are allowed, but may not be fired at the enemy Master's homeworld.
Master race limitations:

  • Cannot be IT or PP primary racial trait
  • Hab range must be at most, 1 in 11 worlds

  • Minion race limitations:
  • All tech must 'Cost 75% more'
  • Must have at least 30 unspent points
  • Initial orders must be to build "Mineral Alchemy" for 1st 50 years
  • No movement of ships for 1st 50 years

  • Victory will be declared when a team's Master's homeworld is not longer inhabited by that team's Master race. Players may not switch teams. Hosted by email hoster, using I version.

    *Jump start is the number years which are generated after players submit their first turn.  Often players' ships are confined to their homeworld(s), but not always.  Jump starts only work in games with no computer players.  To testbed a game with a jump start, create your race and game, give your first turn's orders, then press F12 to generate 10 years (Ctrl + F12 for 100 years, Shift + F12 for 1000 years).
