      A basic game in a medium, normal universe with no jump start. Game will have Public Player Scores and Acclerated BBS Start. If playing a CA, hab ratio limit is 1:7.
      Victory will be declared when a player's score is greater than 250% of the 2nd highest player's score, or when 150 years have passed. Players may ally. Hosted by email hoster, using I version.
